We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and professional housekeeper to maintain our furnished residential rental properties in the Raleigh area.

Key Responsibilities
Perform thorough cleaning of bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas.
Wash, dry, and replace bed linens and towels.
Clean and sanitize appliances, countertops, and frequently touched surfaces.
Restock essential household and guest supplies.
Inspect properties for damage, missing items, and maintenance concerns.
Prepare properties for incoming guests and ensure they meet our cleanliness standards.
Complete cleaning assignments promptly and communicate with property management.
Qualifications
Previous residential, hotel, or vacation rental housekeeping experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail and time management.
Dependable, trustworthy, and able to work independently.
Reliable transportation to properties throughout Raleigh.
Flexible availability for scheduled cleaning and rental turnovers.
Ability to communicate effectively with property management.
